Original review updated by user Jul 27, 2021 I called to question a fee on my account. I went thru three people before I talked with someone who spoke English. She assured me that the $40 fee would be waived because in fact, I had already spoken to someone to pay off my account. However, this month I received another fee when I had already paid my account off. She also waived the this time fee of $41.56. I closed my account. She said I may receive another fee. I said, what would it be for when I have a 0 balance. Does not make sense to me. User's recommendation: Do not go to Belk. They have no one to take your payment when you do try to purchase from them. They have the worst customer service ever.
