Well I had a very positive interaction with an associate in the Albany Georgia Store.She Said her name was Felicia.She is always helpful and friendly.So I thought I would experience that again on another trip to the store,wrong,I had to return some items.And iwas told the lady was a manager,her name was Jay,I believe.She was very very unprofessional,her attitude was very street. User's recommendation: Stay away from this tiny lady,she full of hell,I'm pretty sure her employee suffer.she was horrible to me.,I will not return because of her.
