Trying to add sports to my plan

Our router has stopped working and will not turn on, since we added channels to our current service. Also - whenever we change the channel, there is a delay and the screen instructs us to HOLD ON... Something is wrong.... We are not happy and are considering changing companies User's recommendation: Pending - based on resolve of current issue.
