Having just spent 2 hours to simply process a simple request I can definitively say that your on-line processes do not best serve your customers. Those processes are cumbersome, time consuming and worst of all dont work (you populate the required fields, submit and the original page comes back up or you get a prompt stating sorry, something wrong). I the googled how to actually speak with an agent and much to my surprise someone actually answered. That person was incredibly helpful and promptly processe
