Comcast billing is something out of the stone ages. Example I did a text chat with them about not receiving my bill in the mail, they said the bill was generated on July 10th . Well I live in Delaware and they are in Philadelphia it doesn't take 24 days to come here they said to up grade my plan . what a joke wear . User's recommendation: Don't let them fool you speak up and be heard.
