What is going on with my bill please help me to understand it

I have been with Comcast for many years in different places.. lately I'm not understanding what's going on with them I have been paying my bills and the money is not being posted to my account I call into the office and request payment arrangements and there not getting post this is very frustrating because I works all day and I don't have the time to keep calling talking to an computer.. they charge me for there mistake I am looking for me better service in my area I'm just new in this one... User's recommendation: Please keep all of your recipes and the name of the customer service represent that you talk to.
