Faulty item

I ordered and received a watch through Ebay from egobasic. Order Number 04-06***-*****. Item ID 332060****96. Cost $28.58. Because the watch can intermittently lose time, I wished to return it. However being well into my eighties, I had trouble following instructions and pretty well gave up, but I saw PissedConsumer.com and contacted you. No one has been in touch with me and I am prepared to write it off to experience. Regards Ken Ashwood.
