Item never arrived- can’t contact seller

I am not happy. I have tried contacting the seller and they have deleted the item off where I can check on the tracking of the item. It had been 7 months since it has been sent and it was a gift for my partner! I understand covid has been delaying items but 7 months is just ridiculous!!!
