It came down as an email but I could not get it to display. As close as I got was an orange "traffic cone" indicating I had a film of something. I could not get it to play. Eventually PayPal gave me a phone number where I was able to talk with human. !!This message box has crashed.!! This E bay employee promised to get someone to get back to me reply rrr reply and help. User's recommendation: What can you do?
