Duplicate Payment Error

I authorized a payment on my Toyota Lease only to find out Toyota authorized a duplicate payment. When I called to cancel the payment, the system hung up on me twice. By the time I got ahold of a person, the payment had already been approved, so they couldn't cancel it. I requested a refund, but they can't refund electronically, even though they can take money from my account -electronically? Now I have to wait a minimum of 7-10 days to receive money that never should have been taken out in the first place. User's recommendation: Send a check, dont let them into your bank account.
