I was in a car accident. My car is a total loss. I lost the title. I need a notarized lean release sent to me as quickly as possible in order to receive settlement payment from my insurance! I cannot get through to a real PERSON at 800-874-****, and your automated system cannot find record of my car! Nor does your online system. HELP!!! I need to talk to a living human representative!
