Struggling to get refund for cancellation

Car Trawler do not make it clear that only a voucher was offered in the event of cancellation,I would not have booked with them had I been aware of this. They were very slow to produce the refund voucher. With your help a voucher has now been sent to me. Many thanks. Ian King User's recommendation: Check the small print!
