I have book a flight to Turkey and a car for 18 days over the web site of the airline company - Pegasus. Pegasus works with Cartrawler as 3rd party company to list the cars. I trusted that because Pegasus is a trustworthy company - even though less quality. I cancelled my flight due to some personal stuff but my wife and my daughter flied. I tried to cancel my booking and change to name of the main driver but i got errors over their portal.- In the attachment there is a screenshot. So that I thought my wife could make it through the kiosk when they arrived. The guys in the desk neither change the booking nor give the car to my wife. Cartrawler replied to me also that they don't give my money back. User's recommendation: never ever use that agency.
