Hello, Please support in case I didn't get the car. In the voucher I could not change pick up hour from 10:00 to 16. I tried to call all phones, however without answer at 17:00. Agency is not present in airport, so I left without car. Please provide rental charge. I paid for 3 days. Thank you in advance. User's recommendation: Check location of the rental agency.
