Tried several times to speak to a customer service? rep. Gave up after being on hold for five (5) minutes. This is damn poor customer service. I request a refund of $3.67 (U.S.) for this product. Regardless of the response, I will Never purchase another Mondelez ( Foreign owned) product. User's recommendation: avoid all Mondelez products.
