My daughter rented a car after an accident, it had damages before we rented it. The manager made note of the damages. When she brought it back, the guy who took it back, didn't read the notes and filed a report with our insurance company. We have been calling trying to get this removed from our insurance to no avail. User's recommendation: Make sure you stick around, no matter how busy it is, to be sure you are there when they check the car out.
