FoWhile driving from Richmond Calif to Reno Nevada, the 2020 Suburban Transmission started shifting and hesitating, caused great concern while going through the Mountains, called enterprise road service 3 times, each time was told someone would get back with me, I told them I had my 98 year old grandmother with me, called customer service, continued to get the runaway, started calling before 7am its After 330pm, still no one has contacted me,cold day I *** before I rent with Enterprise again, *** poor customer service User's recommendation: Do not rent at enterprise.
