Repair parts denied coverage

Contacted subcontractor (Zatro, Inc) and was told there was no coverage for the parts ordered as a result of their technician's diagnosis of my refrigerator. I just want a phone number to call to find out why coverage was denied. I've climbed four of five telephone decision trees so far and have yet to be connected to a real person who can either help me or provide a phone number for someone who can. Continued business relationship with sears home services at risk, depending on outcome of this email and eventual explanation by a real person to why coverage was denied. Please respond ASAP since I'll be looking to cancel and find a company that can meet my needs. User's recommendation: Reading the five panel fine print for Terms and Conditions doesn't help.
