NO REPAIR NO REPLACEMENT, ANY EXCUSE

Waiting since December 22 for washer repair. It is now March 24, no repair, no part. Received a $50 credit for poor repair service, maybe. Original washer had a small leak (three months old) and Sears replaced it immediately. Control panel broken and they ordered wrong part. Correct part is being located, but delayed due to Covid. Try going to the laundry mat during COVID, @ $5 a load. Enough *** anyone know a lawyer? User's recommendation: Sears, professional excuses, amateur management.
