My oven stopped working the middle of May. A contractor came to my house on the 27th of May. He stated I needed a part. I haven't heard from sears since. I called several times. Spoke to several customer reps. I was to receive a call from a supervisor. No call, no service, no follow-up. Oven still not working. Very disappointed in Sears.
