Reservations not correct

Got to hotel and no reservations and no rooms available, another guest heard our problem and gave up their room as the wife wanted to leave anyways, had reservations for 2 nights in king suite ended up paying 50 dollars more for a queen room and had to switch hotels for the next nights stay. User's recommendation: Call hotel and confirm reservations yourself.
