Want to return product for full refund. Need an address.

I tried to contact Nina Cloak to return some merchandise for a refund. I am now approaching their 14 day return policy and have yet to get a response from them. Planning on trying again today. What's up with this? I still continue to see them advertise. Has no one caught on yet?? User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from this company!!
