Update by user Jun 03, 2021 Obviously they don't care about customers or losing longtime customers have recieved no response at all to the complaint Original review updated by user Apr 08, 2021 I have ordered quite a few items over the last 2 months from them and they use FedEx for shipping which is consistently late when I emailed sportsmans guide customer service about the issues and to see if I had other options for shipping my orders I received no apology or any other explanation other than a 6 word response of. We have a contract with FedEx. That was it so I I'm immediately canceled my membership and will not order from them again.
