Very displeased with service

Ordered a 175 crossbow package and received email it was in stock and shipped due to be delivered Thursday... called customer service and talked to a lady that was very rude and could care less. She said it would be here Saturday and hung up. Well here it is Saturday and still no product. It will be a long time before I order again and I have bought things for years from Gary olin
