I emailed Shoes.Com numerous times trying to find out where my $86 refund was for a pair of shoes that I returned. I never received an answer and I could never reach anyone when calling their customer service number. This company that I bought so many pairs of shoes from over the years will not get any more business from me. Luckily, my bank refunded the money back into my account. So buyer beware if you order anything from this company! User's recommendation: I don’t recommend buying from this company.
