Dear Sir or Madam, I bought my daughter a DVD/tablet on Black Friday and gave it to her for Christmas. I thought I bought the warranty, but cannot find the receipt. I do believe it's still under warranty being it has not even been a year yet though. She is unable to watch any movies on the player. This was the main reason for the purchase. The tablet was just a bonus. Please tell me if you can help me, either repair this one or send me a new one. I'm very disappointed that something not even a year old is not working correctly.
