Modify booking

Hi When I book my tickets I made mistakes that I forgot the round trip issues I paid for one way . Then I find out I made mistake I called Nd take me long time on the phone. Then I try to book the way back Then the auto payment system refuse my card because my bank didn't approve it I dont know way they thought its Fraud transaction. Any way we called 3 times finally we spoke in Arabic language to your agent he was very helpful. He Resevar a return ticket until we go and pay it on the office of airline. Which I dont like this part fir the reason of traveling then I called again asking if I can pay byphone they told me NO
