Agreed upon plan of action: -Install two new tires on front wheels, -try to fix a puncture on the tire they took from front -use the best two remaining tires in the back. What was done: -failed to call and tell me they can't do as agreed -removed two lower thread tires from the back (that they weren't supposed to touch), -refused to fix puncture on decent tire, (ok fine, I can accept that) -placed new tires on the back axle, and put a spare in the front. Then they call me and tell me the car is ready to be picked up. It has a spare on... wth? Then they tell me that I need to buy an extra tire. Sure... What bothers me most is that they did not ask first. a simple "hello, sorry, we can't do what you wanted, can we do this other thing?" would have gone a long way, but NO, they just did what they wanted. SCREW THAT! ARE THEY NUTS? First of all, no company decides for me what will be done to my car. It is MY car, I make ALL the decisions. Second, take your "Company policies" and shove them where the sun don't shine. I'll change my own tires if I have to, I don't need your ***
