Dear Sir/Madam My name is Abbasali Jahanian and I have booked a flight on Turkish airline website on 20/06/2021 and paid the full price by my credit card. The flight is from London Gatwick to Tehran-Iran on 22/08/2021 and returning on 12/09/2012. Unfortunately I have not received any email regarding my E-Ticket even on your website (manage booking) showing the E-Ticket is issued and all is fine. Since 20/06/2021, I have tried many times Turkish Airline in London and complain about the situation, but still waiting for your email. It would be appreciated if you could investigate and forward the email for E-Ticket ASAP? Kind Regards Abbasali Jahanian
