Adjustment for my ticket

I need help. I called too many times to costumer care but couldnt get any response. My name is Mian Muhammad Arshad and I booked the ticket to pakistan for 30th June. As I went to airport the staff told me that you have to get pcr report otherwise you dont have to go. I am in very much trouble because my son is very sick in pakistan ad I am also not doing well. I need to go urgently to pakistan. Please help me and give me adjustment of my ticket in your very early flights. I would be grateful to you. Am waiting for your prompt reply.
