Regional has a criminal thief named Jessica stealing money ($350), from my checking account by ACH 8 days after my wife and I walked into the Wausau, Wisconsin branch office to permanently pay off my account in FULL! Received my contract stamped, signed, and dated as paid in full on 6-29-2021! She failed at her job miserably by manually overriding their lousy system, and stealing 1 extra payment from me without my permission! I want my money back TODAY by FED-EX with the interest they charged me everyday!Don't Don't D
