Online Order Nightmare

Ordered in December multiple items. Pickup for all but one of the items went fine. Received an email indicating that my order was now complete and all items picked up. Immediately contacted customer service to find out why I received an email indicating order complete when one item was outstanding?? They sent email to vendor and vendor said possibly delayed due to Covid. Wait a few days and they would be in touch. Waited 7 days no response. Tried the online tracking...absolute joke. Just a loop which goes nowhere. Tried again by phone, customer service agent was hard to understand. Said they would email Vendor...this response was "check your mailbox". Great. The item is shipped to the store and I am supposed to check their mailbox. End result is I will never order from Walmart again. Customer service is non-existent and I am totally disgusted. I will write corporate but I am sure I will never see my item or my money back. Buyer Beware. User's recommendation: Do not order online items that are sold and advertised by Walmart but not stocked in Walmart.
