Product sent with wrong parts and horrible return website

I was sent parts for 2 different BBQ s then trying to find a way to return it. I called Walmart Penticton to ask if I can return online purchase at customer service and they said no, it has to be returned through Canada Post. I am trying to retrieve a shipping label to no avail. The whole process is ridiculous. User's recommendation: Use Amazon.ca much easier to deal with.
