I have been going to Trader Joe's for over 20+ years and today was my first negative experience with a cashier named Steve who is a very big guy. Hi attitude towards me was just as ugly as it gets. I talked to the manager about it but he didn't seem to give a rats behind. Only after realizing that I was seriously upset about the way I was treated, he started to soften his aggressive and questioning tone and halfheartedly try to apologize. This cashier and manager have no business working at Trader Joe's. Both would do much better at Walmart. I will not return to this location as long as either of them remains employed at TJ's! User's recommendation: Avoid the TJ’s on 6202 Scottsdale road!
