I was with Bounce for a long time and was very satisfied. Their customer service was outstanding - super friendly & accompdating Canadians! Then Direct Energy took you over somehow and Bounce was gone. Not only is my rate sky high now but they hound me with phone calls. The reps are absolutely horrid with ZERO customer service skills. I cannot wait to change providers!
