Hi. I booked an hotel #721099****3817 and just arrived there. There are cockruches and the bedroom is really disgusting with bed sheets not clean. The lobby lafy wanted to refund us but could not since the booking was made through orbitz. I have all pictures. Could you refund me? User's recommendation: Do not book with Orbitz!! Refund through the hotel is possible, but Orbitz makes it impossible.
