My itinerary number is 720325****4040. I have been calling for last 2 weeks and I have been put on hold for hours and hours and not getting any solution for my issue for cancelled flight. I cannot rebook the flight as my visa deadline is reaching to an end. Air India has suggested getting the refund request generated by orbitz. But orbitz customer care on phone has not done anything for 2 weeks. I have been calling every day and nobody solves my issue. User's recommendation: Do not book via orbitz. The customer service on phone will put you on hold and never respond.
