Hi my name is Trenice Taplin I made a reservation on 6/11/21 and I went to the airport to pick my car up and the car agent said tht they didnt except my kinda of card which was a prepaid card so I called the (312) and tlked to someone twice about a refund and I even told the 1st guy my email address to make sure he had it correct and I still never received an email about my refund and the 2nd guy even assured me I was getting my refund in 5 days but I nevered received anything about an refund
