Fox Rental did not accept to rent me the car I paid on Reservation
Update by user Jul 09, 2021 REFUND NEEDED and agents can't find the way to DO IT, POOR COMMUNICATION, horrible costumer care Original review posted by user Jun 21, 2021 Hi, I have been trying to contact you, this morning I booked with you under my account, Line Hariri lhariri@***.ciis.edu 415990**** Confirmation: #FFX01E2245 Orbitz itinerary: 721168****3064 this booking was confirmed and paid for under the debit card I put in, although the rental place said that they will not accept a Debit Card, therefore did not give me the car, or the rental I paid for, therfore I need the reimbursement on my card, I have been trying to call you in order to solve this, and been on wait for 1 hour now on costumer service line, please let me know what is the next step for you to return me this amount charged on my debit card User's recommendation: not pay for car rental under this website with a debit card, preferably go to the actual car rental place to assure that you get your order you pay for, not online.
