Lost package with no help of resending items!

I had an order of 22 items, 4 of which arrived and 18 did not. I contacted Old Navy after over a MONTH of delayed in shipping emails. The agent said the package must be lost, so she was just going to credit money back to my card. I told her I didnt want the credit; I WANTED THE CLOTHES, as they were purchased for my kids to match other kids in our church at an event coming up in two weeks. I figured by giving them two weeks to reship the order, I would be doing them the favor of trying to make this right and not completely make me mistrust their online ordering, BUT IM DONE!!! User's recommendation: Do not trust Old Navy’s online order fulfillment or their ability or willingness to assist of something goes wrong.
