I submitted a payment online.... when I went to check if I needed to make my payment still...nothing indicated I had already made my payment. When I made my payment again, there was not an alert telling me I had already submitted my payment. Soooo....I made it again. This being the reason my payment was taken out twice. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a paper check? Thats ridiculous. Old Navy should have a better system to make sure this doesnt happen. User's recommendation: Be careful using online services.
