The person helping me was very knowledgeable, patient and kind, but her voice was muffled and difficult to understand. Because of this, I had to have her constantly repeat info. Maybe her headpiece should be checked? Nothing negative about her customer care, but when a customer cant understand what the person she is calling is clearly saying, it makes for an extremely difficult conversation.
