Money deducted on my load when sent a text abroad, but the text still dont sent.

Load deducted when about to send a text but the text is not send abroad. I want my load to be refunded. Every text is 15.00 and the total amount of my text that has not sent is 60.00...Please refund my load!! Thank you!! User's recommendation: If my issue will resolve, then I recommend your service to future cx.
