Since March of 2021 we didn't have connection. Ive been contaction customer service thru messenger and Globe at home app. They been postponing technical visits. We went home to our province March 18, 2021 and came July 17, 2021 we still dont have internet. Ive been receiving texts about canceled tecnical visits. Ive been paying my bills without internet connection and not even any follow ups on my connection problems. We need the internet since Im working from home.
