Terrible Support Team

Can't even call the globe staff for the cancellation of my account. Waited for several days (2weeks and counting) nobody called. I can't even call them to their 211 hotline as you will still wait for it to be completely cancelled!Chat support to any social media platforms is never helpful at all! Gosh! what are they doing?? INCOMPETENT!! User's recommendation: Do not subscribe with GLOBE.
