P2P money problem

I take more time to transfer my money to seller because of bank server issue I ask to seller its my last try please be wait he said ok then I sent money to name of tasneem seller but my trade time out I not get my usdt from seller. I can't to appeal it's also don't work please help me I waiting for your answer
