Went to get an oil change. I was asked about replacing 2 different filters but I declined. After the technician said he was done to the guy in the office. I mentioned that he didnt rotate my tires. The guy in the office responded and said itll be 24.99. I told him that it was included in my coupon so he asked to see it. He then told the guy to do it but it later turned into he couldnt because of the low thread on one of them. The guy in the office charges me for the oil filter stating it was a special kind and then I caught him in a lie. User's recommendation: Ask questions before anything is done to your vehicle and make sure you get clarification. Do you don’t get ripped off….
