Can’t get car back.Charged me before work done. Misled me about repairs. I’m elderly woman. Need my car and need someone to go there with me or talk to this manager.

I need my car back. Midas charged my credit card $2000; misled me about what repairs I need. The manager at the location puts nothing in writing before repairs are done. Had faulty repairs done four months ago!! I am elderly. They have my car.I spoke to manager 6 times in a day Monday. He hasnt let me know if car is ready and has the car a week now. He kept up selling all items to more expensive repairs and would not hear what I wanted done. Very manipulative. He insisted upon having my credit card and 3 digit code on the phone. IHcharged me nearly $4,500!anback. User's recommendation: Get a written estimate before work begins. Do not believe what they tell you unless it’s in writing first. Do NOT give them your credit card number on the phone before work is completed.
