I bought a queen luxury loft mattress pad order 2021 14** **20 4139 and wrong item came into store. I was credited and item reordered 2021 15** **11 1023 that I just received. Wrong item again that I now have to take back to store. I will now look for this item at another store. I dont have time for your poor customer service User's recommendation: Buy store items only. I bought this item because I saw it in your sales ad but you didn’t have in the two stores I went to so I ordered on line.
