Lost deposits

My daughter sent me 150 and her daughter sent me 850 she owed me. I try to get cash out and not came to my bank account. Im pretty sure its cause I changed debit cards. How can I get my money. Also how do I change my debit card information. Thank John c Campbell phone number 915269****
